Duties

• Prepare and assemble a variety of food items according to established recipes and safety standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales, orders, and transactions efficiently
• Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling additional items to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols
• Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments accurately, and balance registers at shift end
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, slicers, coffee machines, and other food prep tools
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is highly preferred; culinary or café experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems for sales transactions and order management
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness standards
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities
• Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and inventory management
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude
