Café/Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café/restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent guest experience.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control wastage & costs.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
• Coordinate with kitchen & service teams for seamless operations.
• Plan and execute promotional activities and events to drive sales.
• Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
