Cafeteria Aide

Ascension Catholic School in Kettering, Ohio is seeking a part-time Cafeteria/Recess Monitor to provide students with appropriate supervision and support during lunch and recess. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, organized and pleasant environment in accordance with applicable school rules, policies, and standards.

The Cafeteria/Recess Monitor is scheduled to work approximately 2 hours per day (typically 10:40 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) in accordance with the academic calendar.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Able to meet background check requirements
• Eligible to obtain an appropriate Ohio Educational Aide Permit
