• Organize daily kitchen preparation and ensure orders are completed quickly and on time
• Maintain consistency in recipes and food quality during busy hours
• Work efficiently and support the smooth daily operation of the cafeteria

1. Proven experience as a Cafeteria Chef in Dubai/UAE
2. Strong expertise in Shawarma, Burgers, Wraps, Sandwiches and Fresh Juices
3. Excellent understanding of food costing, portion control and cost management
4. Able to maintain consistent taste and quality while controlling food costs
5. Good knowledge of recipe standardization and minimizing food wastage
6. Strong practical knowledge of stock control and inventory management
7. Fast, organized and able to handle high-volume orders during busy hours
8. Strong attention to food quality, hygiene and presentation
9. Responsible, hardworking and disciplined
10. Good teamwork and communication skills
11. Own visa holders will be preferred
12. Immediate joiners are highly preferred
