Job Vacancy: Cafeteria Manager
We are looking for an experienced Cafeteria Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of cafeteria food, beverages and daily operations
- Proven ability to manage, motivate and discipline staff
- Experience in duty scheduling and staff training
- Good knowledge of food quality, hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to control food costs, wastage, stock and inventory
- Capable of handling customers and resolving complaints professionally
- Ability to improve sales and maintain consistent food quality
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- UAE cafeteria or restaurant experience is preferred
- Candidates currently residing in Abu Dhabi or the Al Dhafra region are preferred
