Cafeteria Manager

Responsibilities :

* Supervise daily café/restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.

* Lead, motivate, and monitor service staff performance.

* Ensure food & beverage quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.

* Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.

* Coordinate between kitchen and service teams.

* Manage staff schedules, attendance, grooming, and manpower requirements.

* Assist with staff training and service standard improvement.

* Support inventory control and daily operational reporting.

Requirements :

* Minimum experience as a Supervisor / Senior Waiter in a restaurant, café, or hotel.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Good English communication skills.

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Positive attitude, teamwork, and strong attention to detail.

* Responsible, proactive, and able to manage a team effectively.
