Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of food items, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards
• Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to uphold food safety regulations
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing guest inquiries and dietary requests with professionalism
• Set up dining areas for service, including arranging tables, utensils, and condiments in accordance with hygiene standards
• Support catering and banquet events by assisting with food preparation, setup, and cleanup
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas throughout shifts, adhering to health codes and safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy meal times and special events

Experience

• Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
• Experience in serving, catering, or banquet settings enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety practices is essential
• Background in hospitality or as a dietary aide provides valuable insight into customer care and dietary accommodations
• Barista experience or restaurant experience can contribute to your versatility within the food industry
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of service
• Strong communication skills paired with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
