Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining areas, and food service stations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling techniques.
• Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
• Participate in daily cleaning tasks, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
