Cage Supervisor

Job Brief

Responsible for providing professional, prompt, and accurate guest service related to Cage transactions, and assisting Cage Management with the strict implementation of all Case Policies and Procedures. This includes the efficient management and effective operation of the assigned Cage area in accordance with business objectives and the company's mission and vision.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, professional, and diplomatic handling of customer concerns while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain strong knowledge of LaVie Resort and Casino services, products, promotions, and customer service standards.
• Support Cage Management in achieving operational targets, staffing requirements, and performance objectives.
• Supervise Cage Cashiers and ensure strict compliance with cage policies, procedures, and transaction controls.
• Review, reconcile, and balance Cage reports and assigned bank figures, including Mainbank, Chip Bank, and Marker/Cheque Bank.
• Investigate and report cash variances, incidents, and irregularities; verify cashier payouts and transactions exceeding prescribed limits.
• Assist in cashier training and safeguard company assets by maintaining accuracy, accountability, organization, and proper bank handling.

Job Qualifications

• Cage Supervisor experience of at least one (1) year experience preferably in an IR (local or abroad) for external hiring.
• Cage Cashier experience of at least two (2) years for internal hiring.
• Preferably a college graduate or equivalent work experience.
• With pleasing personality.
• With the ability to maintain vigilance, self-composure, and presence of mind while working under pressure.
