• Finance Team
• Manages financial operations, resource optimization, and fiscal integrity while collaborating closely with Product and Tech teams to support the development and management of fintech products
• Growth & Data Team
• Drives business growth through data-driven insights, analytics, and experimentation to improve user acquisition, engagement, retention, and product performance
• Marketing Team
• Builds brand awareness and drives growth through creative, data-informed marketing campaigns that engage target audiences and deliver measurable impact
• Product Team
• Designs and manages Bosta’s digital products across web and mobile, enabling order creation, tracking, wallet management, logistics operations, integrations, and internal tools that power the business end-to-end
• Engineering Team
• Develops scalable, user-friendly software that supports both customer-facing experiences and internal operations, leveraging automation, data, and AI to enable efficient and intelligent business growth
• Operations Team
• Managing daily pickup and delivery operations, coordinating with couriers and hubs, ensuring SLA compliance, and resolving operational issues to deliver a smooth and reliable customer experience
• Commercial team
• Responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, onboarding new merchants, and aligning customer needs with operational capabilities to support business growth
• People and Culture Team:
• Manage talent acquisition, employee experience, performance, and organizational culture while partnering closely with leadership and all teams to build a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven workplace

Job Qualifications

• Students who are currently enrolled in the final semester of Management Technology, General Management, Accounting, or a relevant program are eligible to apply. This position offers the opportunity for full-time employment after graduation
• Graduates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Management Technology, General Management, Accounting, or a relevant program
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong academic performance
