Cake Baker

Fitzbillies is a 106 year old artisan bakery in Cambridge. We make a wide range of baked goods: the Chelsea buns we’re most famous for; sourdough breads, viennoisserie, celebration cakes, brownies and macarons.

This role is for a cake baker to join the team at our bakery unit in Harston. We are looking for someone with experience in decorating cakes and general cake baking experience. The role involves decorating semi-naked cakes and cupcakes for our shop and decorating celebration cakes as well as batch baking other cakes. There is also the opportunity to get involved in other aspects of baking and learning how to shape breads, laminating pastry and of course how to make our Chelsea buns.
