About the Position

Leidylicious Bakeshop is looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cake Decorator.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working with cakes and desserts, takes pride in creating beautiful products, and is excited to contribute to a collaborative bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and other bakery products according to design guidelines and customer requests.
• Assist with cake preparation, assembly, frosting, and finishing.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete daily production tasks.
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Assist with other bakery-related responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Cake decorating experience or demonstrated decorating skills.
• Familiarity with cake decorating techniques and tools.
• Creativity and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to bakery procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.

Experience with buttercream, fondant, piping, or other decorating techniques is a plus.

Applicants are encouraged to share photos or a portfolio of their previous work, including personal projects.
