Cake Decorator

We are looking for a creative and experienced Cake Decorator to join our busy bakery team on a part-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience decorating celebration cakes and be confident working with buttercream, fondant, piping and other cake decorating techniques. You should have a good eye for detail and be able to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of finish.

Responsibilities

• Decorate celebration cakes to customer specifications
• Work with buttercream, fondant, piping and decorations
• Prepare fillings, frostings and other cake components
• Manage multiple cake orders and meet deadlines
• Ensure cakes are finished, labelled and stored correctly
• Keep your workspace clean and follow food hygiene procedures

Requirements

• Previous cake decorating experience preferred
• Good attention to detail and creative ability
• Able to work efficiently in a busy bakery
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Reliable and able to work well as part of a team

Part-time position.

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 35.0 per week
