Cake Decorator

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Cake Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and decorating cakes, with a keen eye for detail and design. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning cakes that meet our customers' specifications while adhering to food safety and quality standards. This role requires both artistic skills and technical knowledge of food preparation.

Duties

• Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Prepare various types of icing, fillings, and cake batters.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient workflow during peak times.
• Package finished products for display or delivery, ensuring they are presented beautifully.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the decorating area and kitchen.
• Stay updated on current trends in cake decorating techniques and styles.

Experience

• Previous experience in cake decorating or pastry arts is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and artistic skills are required.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
