- Membuat dan mendekorasi ice cream cake sesuai dengan standar yang ada
- Mencatat dan melaporkan hasil produksi
- Membuat kebutuhan food support untuk café
- Bertanggung jawab dengan alat dan area kerja
Kualifikasi:
- Memiliki pengalaman selama 1-2 tahun sebagai Pastry Staff (Cake Decor)
- Minimal SMA/SMK (Jurusan Patiseri, Tata Boga/Food Production lebih disukai)
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengolahan ice cream
- Berdomisili di Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara
