Duties

• Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and baked goods following established recipes and quality standards
• Decorate cakes with intricate designs, fondant, icing, and other decorative elements to meet customer specifications
• Ensure all food handling practices adhere to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring ingredients, and assembling baked items
• Package finished products securely for display or delivery while maintaining presentation quality
• Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, notifying management of stock needs
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and offering recommendations when needed
