CalAIM Program Manager (CS/ECM)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and experienced CalAIM Program Manager to oversee our Community Supports (CS) and Enhanced Care Management (ECM) programs. The Program Manager coordinates daily operations, supervises staff, and works with organizational leadership and community partners to support quality services, compliance, and successful program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations of CalAIM Community Supports and Enhanced Care Management programs.

· Supervise, train, support, and evaluate program staff.

· Monitor program performance, service delivery, and outcome goals.

· Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, contractual, and organizational requirements.

· Coordinate staff schedules, team meetings, and case conferences.

· Maintain accurate program documentation, reports, and statistical data.

· Monitor billing documentation to support accurate, timely submission.

· Develop, implement, and update program policies and procedures.

· Collaborate with internal departments, community partners, and stakeholders.

· Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development.

· Participate in leadership meetings and organizational planning.

· Identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement.

· Promote a professional, culturally responsive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field preferred; equivalent education, training, and relevant experience considered.

· Minimum of two years of related professional experience.

· Knowledge of CalAIM, Community Supports, and Enhanced Care Management.

· Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

· Valid California driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

· Ability to meet applicable background screening and employment requirements.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
