What they need
We are looking for an experienced Calibration Engineer to lead the setup, development, and accreditation of our Mechanical & Dimensional Calibration Laboratory in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
Key Details:
- Location: Doha, Qatar
- Experience: 8–12 years in calibration and metrology
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Metrology Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Lead the laboratory setup from initial planning through equipment selection and method development.
- Establish and supervise calibration capabilities (Pressure, Torque, Mass, Dimensional, etc.).
- Handle measurement uncertainty evaluation and proficiency testing (PT/ILC) activities.
Highly Preferred:
- Previous experience setting up new calibration laboratories or adding new scopes to existing ISO/IEC 17025 accredited labs.
