Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Calibration Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in calibration, testing, and maintenance of measuring instruments and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of instruments, maintaining calibration records, and complying with applicable quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform calibration of measuring instruments and equipment as per established procedures.
• Conduct calibration, testing, and verification of instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain calibration certificates, reports, and related documentation.
• Ensure timely calibration of instruments according to the calibration schedule.
• Identify instruments that are out of tolerance and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration records, equipment history, and traceability documentation.
• Follow applicable quality standards, safety procedures, and calibration guidelines.
• Coordinate with quality, production, maintenance, and other departments as required.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of calibration procedures and measurement techniques.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and testing equipment.
• Knowledge of calibration documentation and record maintenance.
• Understanding of quality standards and calibration traceability.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in calibration, metrology, testing, or instrumentation.
