Calibration Engineer (Wellgrow)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Calibration Engineer to support the calibration, maintenance, and control of measuring instruments and equipment. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with national standards, maintain calibration facilities, and support daily departmental operations.

Your main role is to:

• Perform and support calibration, maintenance, and control of measuring instruments and testing equipment.
• Ensure measuring devices are calibrated and compliant with national and international standards.
• Maintain calibration records and documentation.
• Support the upkeep and environmental control of the calibration laboratory.
• Assist in planning and executing daily departmental activities and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in calibration, instrumentation, testing, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
• Hands-on experience in inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and calibrating measuring instruments and electronic equipment.
• Proficient in the use of electronic measurement, testing, and calibration tools.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
