Calibration Manager-标定经理

• Be responsible for managing and training all the roles inside the team;
• Ensure the management of calibration activities to the projects;
• Take in charge of the proper diffusion of the tools and software for engine and vehicle calibration work;
• Assist in negotiating the system development contracts of the projects;
• Manage and supervise the calibration planning of projects as well as Open Points Lists;
• Work with customers in order to drive and/or anticipate new calibration technical requests;
• Interface with HQ counterparts and provide assistance to the visiting expat experts. Qualifications:
• Bachelor or above preferably in Electronic or Mechanic Engineering;
• Minimum 7-year relevant working experience preferably in a Foreign Invested Company;
• Be familiar with the engine and transmission system knowledge;
• Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;
• Good command of English in both spoken and written;
