What they need
Role & responsibilities
Oversee PAN India Calibration and QA Operations
Ensure compliance with NABL (ISO/IEC 17025) standards
Manage Quality Assurance (QA) systems and NABL/AERB Audits
Lead and guide regional teams and technical staff.
Ensure adherence to AERB regulations
Monitor performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency
Handle documentation, accreditation processes & audits
Drive continuous improvement in calibration practices
Lead and oversee all calibration activities across North and South India zones.
Provide strategic direction to Deputy Managers and ensure uniform implementation of SOPs.
Monitor workload distribution, turnaround time TAT, and service quality across regions.
Ensure uninterrupted service delivery for hospitals, diagnostics, and healthcare institutions
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience and Mandatory 5 years experience in Managerial role.
- Experience as Technical Manager (NABL – ISO/IEC 17025)
- Strong knowledge of Calibration & QA processes
