What they need
- Responsible for confirming the calibration intervals of various measuring and testing equipment and preparing the company's annual Measuring Equipment Calibration Plan to ensure that all measuring equipment remains within the required calibration period.
- Ensure that the control and management of measuring equipment comply with applicable standards and company requirements.
- In accordance with relevant regulations and standards, identify and determine the appropriate calibration methods for new measuring equipment.
- Establish and maintain internal calibration methods with reference to national/international standards, external calibration requirements, measuring equipment technical specifications, and relevant certification requirements.
- Prepare internal calibration procedures and work instructions to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measuring equipment.
- Identify and determine critical measurement processes and establish inspection/checklists for critical measurement processes.
