Calibration Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a Calibration Technician to perform, manage, and verify precise calibrations within our in-house laboratory. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-accuracy testing under strict ISO 17025 standards, maintaining lab equipment, and managing technical project communication. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of tolerances and strong analytical data-review skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesCalibration Execution & Compliance

• In-House Calibrations: Perform standard and ISO 17025 calibrations internally within the laboratory using appropriate SOPs and calibration equipment.
• Tolerance & Data Analysis: Review calibration data for authenticity, evaluate results, and interpret tolerances to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Results Reporting: Report professional opinions and interpretations of calibration results as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Experience in a metrology, calibration, or laboratory environment.
• Standards Knowledge: Proven experience executing ISO 17025 calibrations or similar and adhering to rigorous SOPs.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of measurement tolerances, calibration math, and data authenticity evaluation.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client updates and management reporting

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
