Job Overview

Suvora Tech is looking for a motivated and confident Call Agent to handle customer outreach, follow-ups, and lead communication.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to assigned leads and potential customers.

Contact leads through WhatsApp using your own WhatsApp account/number.

You will be responsible for making calls and communicating with leads yourself.

Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp messages.

Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about Suvora Tech's services.

Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status as instructed.

Maintain professional communication with prospects.

Generate and qualify potential leads and forward interested prospects to the relevant team.

Meet assigned daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Confident speaking ability.

Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.

Must have an active WhatsApp account and personal mobile number for work-related communication.

Basic computer knowledge.

Previous sales/call-center experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Important

This is a direct calling and WhatsApp outreach role. You will personally contact leads through calls and your own WhatsApp account/number. The candidate is expected to handle the communication and follow-ups independently.
