Call Center Agent (6 Months)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Requirement's:

• Intermediate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong customer service and active listening skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with CRM software will be an advantage.
