Call Center Agent

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle inbound customer queries, resolve account or service issues, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Experience in a Telecommunications (Telco) account is a strong advantage, but fresh graduates and candidates without Telco experience are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot basic account, billing, or technical service inquiries.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide effective solutions or alternatives.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database system.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and meet daily performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, Quality Assurance).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Senior High School graduate, or College undergraduate/graduate.
• Prior experience in a BPO setting or a Telecommunications account is preferred, but not required.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy, navigation skills, and typing speed (at least 30–35 WPM).
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts (graveyard), weekends, and holidays.
