Call Center Agent

We’re adding another Call Center Agent to our customer service team. The office supports a varied client base across different industries, so agents aren’t limited to answering questions for one company or one type of customer.

It keeps the working day varied, but also means being switched on, listening properly and knowing how to find the right information when a call comes through.

A typical day

• Take incoming calls from customers
• Access the correct client account and customer record
• Answer questions about services, accounts and existing requests
• Make changes and updates where authorised
• Record clear notes after each conversation
• Follow up on outstanding queries
• Pass specialist issues to the appropriate team

You’ll have access to client information and internal guidance throughout the day, with team leaders available when a call needs additional support.

What we need from you

Clear communication is important, but you don’t need to sound scripted. We’re looking for someone who can have a normal professional conversation, ask sensible questions and stay organised while working on a computer.

Good typing skills, attention to detail and dependable attendance are also important.
