Call Center Agent

About The Role

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to provide helpful, timely support to customers by phone and email. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, and working in a professional team environment.

You will assist customers with questions and requests, maintain accurate records, and help ensure every interaction is handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
• Process customer requests, orders, and account updates
• Respond to customer emails and service requests
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Follow up on outstanding customer issues when required
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team member
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
• Follow established customer service and quality procedures
• Meet service and response-time standards
• Work collaboratively with internal teams

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call centre experience is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Comfortable using computers, email, and customer service software
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and priorities
• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
