Call Center Agent

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and patient requests.
• Provide accurate information about doctors, medical services, offers, timings, and insurance.
• Follow up with potential and existing patients.
• Assist patients with appointment inquiries and confirmations.
• Convert inquiries into appointments and maintain proper follow-up.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain accurate patient and inquiry records.
• Coordinate with reception and medical staff to ensure smooth patient service.

Requirements:

• Previous call centre or customer service experience, preferably in a medical centre or healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Arabic is an advantage.
• Good computer and WhatsApp skills.
• Professional, friendly, and confident personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Candidates available in Sharjah/UAE are preferred.
