Call Center Agent

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, and provide outstanding customer support while achieving daily targets.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call notes.
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM is a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous call center experience .
