WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with Canadian customers
• Book appointments, follow up on inquiries, and manage customer communications
• Log calls, update records, and track interactions in our business software
• Communicate by phone, email, and chat with a professional tone
• Multitask across calls, CRM, chats, and emails
