YOYIME Clinic, a premium aesthetics and dental clinic in Dubai, is looking for a friendly, professional, and results-driven Call Center Agent to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient enquiries.
• Respond to enquiries regarding our aesthetic, dermatology, laser, and dental services.
• Book, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Follow up with leads from social media campaigns and other marketing channels.
• Convert enquiries into clinic appointments through effective communication and follow-up.
• Follow up with patients who have shown interest but have not yet booked.
• Coordinate with reception, doctors, and the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Maintain accurate patient enquiry records and follow-up logs.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, sales coordination, or clinic reception role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages will be an advantage.
• Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle patient enquiries professionally and follow up consistently.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert leads into appointments.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, and social media leads is an advantage.
• Experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, dental, or healthcare clinic is preferred.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
