Duties

• Deliver exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through solutions with clear communication.
• Promote services effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems, ensuring all client information is up-to-date.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and professional communication skills during every interaction.
• Conduct analysis of customer needs to provide relevant services.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English. Bilingual is a plus.
• Prior call center experience or customer service background is advantageous but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, computer literacy, and typing skills for efficient data entry.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or referrals.

Pay: $17.25 - $22.00 per hour
