Call Center Agent - Fairview

We are looking for a customer-oriented and motivated Customer Service Representative to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests through phone calls, emails, or chat. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving customer issues efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate; college graduates or undergraduates are welcome to apply.

• With or without BPO experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate different applications.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, if required.

• Must be willing to work onsite, depending on the assigned account and location.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
