About the role

GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team in Guagua, Pampanga. This is a full-time position ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to launch their careers in the customer service industry. Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services with accurate and helpful information
• Log and document all customer interactions in the company's call management system
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to relevant departments
• Maintain a positive attitude whilst managing high call volumes and meeting quality standards
• Follow company scripts and protocols whilst adapting communication style to individual customer needs
• Process customer requests, complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism
• Contribute to team targets and performance metrics consistently
• Participate in training programmes and continuous development initiatives

What we're looking for

• Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a degree in any field; no prior call centre experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is advantageous
• Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns
• Patient and empathetic demeanour with a genuine desire to help customers
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult or challenging situations
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to attendance
• Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements
