About the role

Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries, resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, and provide product and service information to customers and clients. Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.

• Provide product and service information to customers and clients
• Hit daily campaign quota
• Maintain close communication and a good professional relationship with the Campaign Manager
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

About you

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and a shifting schedule
• High School graduate or any related course
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
