• Process account updates and other customer requests
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Maintain quality and customer service standards

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
• No call center experience required
• Customer service or CCE experience is preferred
• Good communication and active listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro
