Call Center Agent – Telco Account | CDO

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for a Telco Account in Cagayan de Oro (CDO). This opportunity is open to applicants with no prior experience, although candidates with previous call center experience (CCE) are preferred. Successful candidates will assist customers with telecommunications-related inquiries, service concerns, and account requests while delivering quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services.
• Assist customers with billing, account concerns, service issues, and troubleshooting.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
• Document customer interactions and update account records.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate under the old curriculum or Senior High School Graduate.
• No call center experience required; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with previous call center experience (CCE) are preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, patient, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
