ลักษณะงาน
- ตรวจสอบและประเมินคุณภาพการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ Call Center
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและรายงานผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ
- ให้คำแนะนำและข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพการบริการ
- พัฒนามาตรฐานและแนวทางการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ
- จัดทำ Call Calibration เพื่อควบคุมมาตรฐานของการประเมินคุณภาพที่ดี
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท สาขาการจัดการ, การสื่อสาร หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ในการตรวจสอบคุณภาพหรือการบริการลูกค้าอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- กระตือรือร้น ขวนขวายการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเอง
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
- ความสามารถในการใช้เครื่องมือและซอฟต์แวร์การตรวจสอบคุณภาพ
- มีทักษะในการใช้ Microsoft Office ได้อย่างดี (Words, Power Point, Excel)
- หากมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการธนาคารและการบริการลูกค้าจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
