Our clinic in Dubai is looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries.
* Communicate with patients by phone and through various communication channels.
* Schedule and confirm appointments and follow up with patients.
* Explain available services and offers in a clear and convincing manner.
* Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into bookings.
* Provide patients with a professional and excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
* Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
* Previous experience in call center or customer service; experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
* Professional and friendly approach when dealing with patients.
* Ability to work as part of a team and achieve targets.
* Professional appearance and punctuality.
