Core Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Calls: Answer customer questions, handle complaints, process orders, and place follow-up or promotional calls.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve basic technical or account problems, aiming for first-call resolution (FCR), or escalate complex cases to a supervisor.
- Data Entry & CRM: Accurately log call details, update customer records, and document interactions in company software systems.
- Sales & Up-Selling: Recommend relevant products, upgrades, or service renewals when appropriate.
- Performance & Compliance: Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handling time and quality scores, while following strict privacy and data-protection guidelines.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
