Call Center Customer Service/ Backend Admin

💰 Salary
Customer Service Frontline: $15.95/hour
Admin Backend: $14.50/hour

📅 Contract: 3 Months Contract
**Location:**Novena MRT

Requirements

• GCE A Level, Diploma, or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Training will be provided

Frontline Role

• Handle enquiries from grant recipients via email and live chat
• Selected staff will also handle the SME Cash Grant hotline
• Provide accurate information on scheme eligibility, payouts, and applications
• Deliver professional, patient, and customer-focused service
• Record customer interactions accurately in the case management system
• Escalate complex cases or operational issues when required

Backend Role

• Support scheme administration and operational tasks
• Record and maintain accurate case information
• Assist with processing and following up on grant-related matters
• Work closely with the team to ensure cases are handled accurately and efficiently
