Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Client Acquisition: Identify and follow up with potential patients interested in rhinoplasty , ensuring all leads are effectively managed.

Patient Coordination: Guide patients through the entire medical process by helping them choose the right treatments, Provide detailed information about procedures, costs, and available packages to ensure transparency and meet their needs.

• Customer Support: Provide ongoing support before, during, and after treatment to ensure a seamless experience.

• CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to track and manage leads, communications, and patient information efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the healthcare or travel sectors)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently

• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage and track client relationships

• Empathy, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset

• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus!)
