About the role

Youll be a first point of contact for parents, students and school admin staff calling in with questions or issues everything from admission enquiries to ERP login problems. Its a role that touches every division we run, so youll learn the whole business fast.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and enquiries across admissions, ERP support and general questions

• Make outbound follow-up calls on leads, feedback and pending queries

• Log and track every interaction accurately in our CRM

• Provide basic remote IT troubleshooting, escalating complex issues to engineering

• Work rotating shifts to help cover 24 7 support

Requirements

• Clear spoken and written English (and Telugu/Hindi a strong plus)

• Comfortable with computers, CRMs and picking up new software quickly

• Patient, clear communicator under pressure

• Prior call center or customer support experience is a plus, not required
