Call Center Executive

• Handle customer enquiries through telephone calls, emails, live chat and social media channels.
• Provide accurate information and professional customer support.
• Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle customer complaints according to established procedures and escalate unresolved matters when required.
• Follow up on pending enquiries and coordinate with the relevant departments.
• Maintain service quality, response standards and customer satisfaction.
• Work rotational AM/PM shifts, including weekends.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer-service systems.
• Ability to handle customers and complaints calmly and professionally.
• Previous call centre or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Any graduate may apply.
• Must currently be available in the UAE.
• Must be available to join immediately.
