Call Center Executive

We are hiring Call Center Executive
Location: Sabine hospitals and research Centre, Cherkala, Kasaragod
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally.
• Respond to patient enquiries regarding appointments, departments, doctors, and hospital services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Provide accurate information about hospital services and procedures.
• Maintain call records and update patient information.
• Coordinate with relevant hospital departments for patient requirements.
• Follow up with patients when required.
• Handle complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department.
• Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional communication style.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good Malayalam and English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Patient-friendly attitude.
• Ability to handle calls and multitask efficiently.

Qualification:

• Any Bachelor’s Degree
• Diploma in Hospital Administration is preferred

Experience:

• 0–1 year of experience
