Call Center Executive

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Inbound & Outbound Calls: Answer incoming patient inquiries and make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, or cancel doctor consultations, diagnostic tests, and health check-ups. [1]
• Information Provision: Share accurate details regarding hospital services, doctor availability, room categories, OPD timings, and estimated costs.
• Patient Support & Guidance: Handle patient grievances, resolve basic service issues, and route complex medical queries to the respective departments or duty doctors.
• Data & CRM Management: Log patient details, interactions, and call outcomes accurately into the Hospital Management System (HMS) or CRM software.
• Quality & Targets: Maintain required service-level metrics, average handle times and adherence to patient confidentiality and privacy guidelines.
