Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field.
• Strong front desk skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent guest relations skills with ability to resolve conflicts professionally.
• Basic knowledge of GRE (Guest Relationship Engagement) principles.
