Call Center Operator / Operation Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor fire alarms and alerts through the Central Monitoring System
• Respond to alarm signals and coordinate with customers, emergency contacts, and Civil Defence as required.
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate installation and maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure proper shift handovers and compliance with company SOPs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is compulsory.
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems or monitoring operations is an advantage.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
